Account & sign-in

You can use Kanjiru as a guest, or sign in with Apple or Google to sync progress across devices. If you can't sign in, make sure you're connected to the internet and that your Apple ID or Google account is active on the device. Guest progress stays on a single device unless you sign in.

Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store. To cancel, change, or check your renewal date, open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple — request one through reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Terms of Service for the full subscription policy.

Restore purchases

If you've upgraded to premium and don't see it on a new device, open the paywall in the app and tap Restore. You'll need to be signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

Reset progress or delete data

You can reset your learning progress at any time from Settings in the app. To request complete deletion of your account and associated data, email hello@kanjiru-app.com from the address tied to your account. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
